Our Story

The vision for WoundRounds® was conceived in 2005 by our physician founders and was crafted by our wound care nurses who share the passion for improving wound care.

Telemedicine Solutions LLC is the company behind WoundRounds. Our mission is to improve the care of patients and the financial well-being of providers who care for them.

WoundRounds, the first product from Telemedicine Solutions, is a point-of-care wound management and prevention solution that empowers nurses to deliver better wound care in less time.

Management

Mike Diamond
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike Diamond leads the Telemedicine Solutions team, leveraging over 20 years of healthcare technology experience with a focus in product innovation, sales management and marketing. Mr. Diamond has held various executive management roles in emerging information technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as Founder and Managing Partner of Insight Technologies and Senior Vice President of E&C Medical Intelligence. Before E&C, he was Senior Vice President for Extended Care Information Network (ECIN) where he scaled revenues from launch to over $10 million across 3,200 client organizations, prior to acquisition by Allscripts. Before joining ECIN, Mr. Diamond was a Region Vice President for McKesson Corporation. He serves on the advisory boards of several healthcare products companies, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in Minnesota.

Rhett Gustafson
Executive VP, Finance and Strategic Development

Rhett Gustafson leads the finance and development efforts for the organization. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, most of which have been devoted to delivering value to emerging private and publicly-traded companies in the form of growth capital and strategic guidance. Mr. Gustafson most recently was founder and managing principal of Strata Partners, LLC, an investment banking boutique for emerging growth companies. He spent the early part of his career in institutional sales with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Cowen & Company in San Francisco. Mr. Gustafson holds a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College.

Betty Czowiecki
Director of Delivery

Betty Czowiecki leads the implementation and support team for the Company, responsible for the onboarding, training, education and leading the support team for our clients. She has over 20 years of experience in project management, business process improvement and team building. Prior to joining Telemedicine Solutions, Ms. Czowiecki served as Corporate Safety Director for Ryan Building Group and before that, worked in multiple capacities in Operations and Purchasing before becoming Safety Director for Town & Country Homes. Ms. Czowiecki is a graduate of the Spencer School of Business.
